. General Rules
1.1. No damages must be accrued to the property.
1.2. Any person including toddlers are considered as persons and guest must notify the owner/manager and include them on booking details.The maximum persons including toddlers staying in the property considered as stated on the website.
1.3. No events allowed.
1.4. Any exceptions or changes must be in writing and reviewed by the property owner well in advanced.
2. Safety/Security
2.1. Any false identification will hinder you from entering the rental property. Only the individual on the booking quote or invoice may be allowed to enter at the time of Check-In accompanied with the correct number of guest.
2.2. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables items.
