1.1. Check-In between 14:00pm 20:00pm and Check-Out is no later than 10:00am. Different time and dates than confirmed on booking must be confirmed and agreed by the owner.
1.2. Late Check-In or Late Check-Out may be subject to a penalty of 30€.
2. Payments & Safety Deposits
2.1. Booking is confirmed when the 30% of the total is received by the owner. This is NON REFUNDABLE in any case.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid cash on arrival or 30 days prior arrival.
2.3. A safety damage deposit must be submitted at the time of Check-In. Safety deposit is not a downpayment for your total bill. It will be returned to you due to following TERMS and CONDITIONS.
3. General Rules
3.1. No damages must be accrued to the property.
3.2. For any further guest you are entitled to notify the owner prior arrival. After booking confirmed the owner is not obliged to accept any further person. Any unauthorized people found, may be subjected to a 100€ charge per person per Day.
3.3. Any person including toddlers are considered as persons and guest must notify the owner/manager and include them on booking details.The maximum persons including toddlers staying in the property considered as stated on the website.
3.3. No events allowed.
3.4. Any exceptions or changes must be in writing and reviewed by the property owner well in advanced.
3.5. Garbage must be disposed. All kitchen appliances must be cleaned and returned as found during Check-In
3.6. Towels, bed sheets and bed covers must be returned in their original condition as found during Check-In. You are not responsible for washing yet you must keep them intact. No articles can be taken with you at Check-Out.
4.1. Any false identification will hinder you from entering the rental property. Only the individual on the booking quote or invoice may be allowed to enter at the time of Check-In accompanied with the correct number of guest.
4.2. We are not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewellery or other valuables items.
5. Swimming Pool
5.1 If there is a pool that you share with others, it is open 12 hours a day from 09.00 to 21.00. You should refrain from excessive noise from 14.00 to 17.00.
