The estate is comprised of a duo of structures. The first one is a duplex apartment, where the ground floor houses the lounge, dining space, a WC, and a kitchen with all necessary amenities. The basement area is dedicated to relaxation and entertainment, featuring a spa, gym, and a home cinema. The upper floor is the location of the primary bedroom, which is en-suite, furnished with a king-size bed, a daybed, and an adjoining bathroom complete with a shower and WC.
The second structure, located nearby, also holds two en-suite bedrooms on its ground floor, offering their residents full privacy. One of these bedrooms contains a queen-size bed and has its own separate bathroom equipped with a shower and WC. The other bedroom offers a double bed and an identical bathroom setup.
Additionally, there’s another independent, underground apartment that's well-ventilated. This separate dwelling has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy living area, and a kitchenette.
A heated swimming pool is available for guests' enjoyment, along with an internet connection boasting a speed of 150Mbps. For bookings made in the months of July and August, the rate includes transportation from and to the airport on arrival and departure dates as well as boat transfers from Monday to Friday.
